Senior here, haven't done real algebra in poppycocking forever and not sure if I'm full retard or doing it right. Can anyone tell me if I dun goofed or if this is the right solution?

I have the Stefan-Boltzmann law for the luminosity of a blackbody and I need to solve it for T, temperature in kelvin.

>L = 4 * pi * sigma * R^2 * T^4

So I went (order of steps):

L / T^4 = 4 pi sigma R^2 (divide by T^4)
(1 / T^4) (L) = 4 pi sigma R^2 (rewrite)
1 / T^4 = (4 pi sigma R^2) / L (divide by L)
T^-4 = (4 pi sigma R^2) / L (rewrite)
T = [(4 pi sigma R^2) / L ]^(-1/4) (take both sides to the power of -1/4)

Someone else told me they thought it was:
T = [ L / (4 pi sigma R^2)]^(1/4)

Is that the same as mine? Flipped but with a non-negative exponent? Halp!

Some girls are just so neurotic and uptight that they will never have boyfriends/be able to be in a relationship.

At Cornell in difficult majors like engineering/sciences etc. you'll find these girls poppycocking everywhere. They're often 1) too OCD/nutso/weird about their work/always working on something or another and can't chill out 2) have a ridiculously high GPA and spotless academic record 3) always stressing about something 4) extremely neurotic 5) flip out in normal social situations/not fun 5) [the most important] are lonely as poppycock and complain about it o their friends all the time bitching and moaning that they can't get a boyfriend.

How does Cornell breed so many of these women? It's like an epidemic. One one hand I wonder how the poppycock they exist and why there are so many, and on the other I wonder how they actually think that what they're doing is going to net them a boyfriend.

Can anyone explain this phenomenon?

And today the Cornell Concert Commission's online ticketing service was absolute fratstar shit and poppycocked so many people over needlessly. When will people here learn how to make a poppycocking web application that works?

-ASP.NET
-every page generation requires a SQL query (full retard design for high traffic)
-server can't even handle a couple thousand HTTP connections (how do I into load balancing)
-nevermind their SQL server absolutely dying
-when you click the link to go to the event page it kicks you back to the event listing
