Anyone on here doing near my workout and want to be gymbros? Go 3-4 days a week and usually do:

Squat: 3x5 225
Or Power Cleans: 3x5 150
DL: 1x5 225 or until grip tired
OHP: 3x5 65
Curls: 3x10 30
Dips: 3x5 BW or + 15lb if not tired
Incline crunches: 3x20 and 2x10 oblique for each side

I'm 5'9 155 inb4 amazon woman calls me a manlet. Post ITT if you wanna do similar, I usually go to teagle or noyes.

DAT DER FEEL AFTER DEADLIFTS

So I did deadlifts yesterday. I think my form was okay, but i'm damned sore as fuuarrkkkk today. Got some real soreness in my hams and my lower back kinda hurts. It feels like muscle soreness, but i never work those muscles there so i might be wrong. Is lower back discomfort normal after deadlifting, esp if you haven't done it in a while?

Oh that debate was messy. So messy.

Biden literally wiped his ass with Ryan in this one.

How retarded was Ryan to use a car crash anecdote? On top of being a dick move (as he likely was told during debate prep to throw that in to get Joe off his game), he literally just handed Biden a poppycocking Starman. He was temporarily invincible.

And that Jack Kennedy dig? Poppycocking brilliant. Went Lloyd Bentsen on that hoe, poppycocking throwback. Nice.

CBS' snap poll scored it as follows:

Biden 50%
Ryan 31%
Undecided/Not sure 19%

CNN's poll was 48-44 in favor of Ryan - but given that the MoE on that bitch was 5 points AND that their sample included 8% more self-identified Republicans than was consistent with the national average; I think it's safe to say that Biden won this one handily.

Also props to Martha Raddatz for actually pressing Ryan for specifics on his bullshit. Of course he dodged the question - but it sure was nice to see him squirm. Pretty nice having a moderator that actually moderates instead of shitting their diaper for the greater part of the debate.

We're looking for someone who is good with PHP/MySQL to help us graft in thread voting to Ezra Hub's existing code base. Don't have time to do it really and not as experienced as some of you may be. Email us at admin@ezrahub.com, get some real experience working on something that lots of Cornellians will see and use it as a resume item if you want.

The frontend stuff has already been done, you'd just need to fill in the database + backend to handle votes. May need to work with existing code. Voting system will not determine position on the board, just a rating system.
