May I ask all you guys a question? and let me preface this question by first saying that I don't go to Cornell nor ever plan to. I stumbled across this website and it is sometimes interesting.
The question I wanted to ask was why do you guys use the word poppycock? Are you trying to live up to some stereotype of a Cornell college student you saw on Family Guy? That's what it sounds like.


I have never even heard that word in my entire life until I came across this website.

Dear Ezra Hubziens,

I don't want to live anymore but I'm too much of a poppycocking coward to do anything about it. I just don't see what the point of living is. I don't remember the last time I was truly happy with the way my life was going; maybe it was in 4th or 6th grade, both irrelevant now. The main deterrent keeping me from any drastic measures are my parents and family. It would absolutely destroy them. I feel guilty that they've invested so much in my education and I'm just poppycocking it up, getting bad grades, partying, and not doing anything worthwhile. What do I do? Should I just tough it out through college and hope I get a good job offer? Would that make life worth living? Should I see a shrink? Am I alone?
